Job Description:
We are looking for self-motivated, experienced design consultants who can talk with residential and business prospects on the phone, meet with them to evaluate their needs, follow up with an objective and comprehensive sales proposal and close the job. You should be able to interact with the customers during their installation and ensure 100% satisfaction. You will also generate additional customer leads from referrals, business directories, personal networking and other business development activities.
Job Requirements:
- Good sales management
- Customer tracking and project management experience
- Mastery of MS Word, Excel
- An understanding of building construction techniques, roofing, electrical, HVAC and/or Photovoltaic systems is a plus
Design Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineer to assist in the design and layout of Photovoltaic systems and submittal of plans/drawings to the building permit departments. Additional responsibilities will include coordination of work with subcontractors, roofers and electricians. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a very fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have excellent organizational skills.
Job Requirements:
- TurboCAD or AutoCAD experience
- Mastery of MS Word and Excel
- Strong negotiating, math, written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred skills:
NABCEP certified, National Electric Code knowledge, Solar experience, Construction background
Solar Power System Installers

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and reliable individuals with a genuine interest in renewable energy and excellent customer relation skills to join our solar installation team. Installation work involves mounting rooftop photovoltaic arrays, electrical wiring, and trenching for underground conduit. We work in the great outdoors so candidates must be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions.
Job Requirements:
- Construction, mechanical and/or electrical experience (required)
- Roofing experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required)
- Comfortable with ladder and scaffolding work; No fear of heights (respect is good)
- Attention to detail (absolutely must have!)
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment meeting deadlines (required)
